Join the Shield

Welcome to the God story of my life and an invitation to being a part of impacting history.

In recent days I’m overwhelmingly feeling the conviction and prompting of the Holy Spirit saying that it’s time to raise up a personal prayer shield for the purpose of building and advancing the Kingdom of heaven as a prophetic ministry and all that's entailed in the Ephesians 4:11-13 model of equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

What Does this Mean?

It was between 1999 and 2001 that prophetic experiences exploded in my life and God made it clear that I was called to the prophetic ministry with many confirmations and exhortations of what ministry would look like.

• It began on November 5th, 1999 that I dreamed I was walking on a beach and reached into the sand and withdrew a shoebox carrying 4 warriors and mine was neon orange. Many years later I would receive a personal message from the Prophet Bob Jones saying that the beach of my dream was a real place in the Spirit that he personally had been to and was called the Sands of Time. He also said it was where prophets went to receive their ministries for the end time harvest and that the orange warrior was my ministry as a Warrior of Love.

One of the most significant ministry and calling experiences was one that gave a time reference for when my ministry would begin over 20 years later.

• On 2-2-2001 in a dream Reinhard Bonnke gave me the keys to his car just before he died. I then went and got into a white Lamborghini, but at that time couldn’t handle the power past 1st gear without losing control. As I began to drive in first gear God came down and told me that when I learned to handle the power of 1st gear, then I’d be able to move up to the next gear and so on until I would drive on the superhighway.

  • Less than a year later I was called out by two women in Germany who identified themselves as prophets of Reinhard Bonnke’s ministry, Christ For All Nations, and said they were sent by God to anoint me as a young prophet.

It was through this dream that God spoke to me that my ministry of carrying God's power would begin after a Reinhard passed away, which occurred December 7 of 2019. Since that time opportunities have begun presenting themselves to write, speak, and equip the saints for the work in the ministry.

Since 2022 I have worked hard to pursue God's leading in ministry and am now a licensed and certified prophetic trainer with Prophetic Company led by Dan McCollam and Bethany Hicks and am currently a member of Emerging Prophets, a prophetic school led by Kris Vallotton of Bethel in California. All of this is designed to continue to sharpen my sword and equip me, to equip others to advance the kingdom of heaven in their own spheres of influence.

All of that while serving since 2021 on the Prophetic Community Strategy Team of Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas, developing prophetic community and teaching various aspects of how to hear and respond to the voice of God.

Which leads me to where we are today. I can sense that God is on the move and that we’ve shifted into a new season in the things of the Spirit. I’m convinced that prayer is the boiler room of this ship and as I feel called to increasingly regional levels of influence and impact, that I need a team of people partnering with me through prayer to see God’s Kingdom come in a way that does not cause this ship to sink as it would when an individual tries to navigate a ship too big for them on their own.

What does that mean to partner in prayer? I would ask that you would take some time each week praying for whatever God puts on your heart for me personally, my family and/or our ministry, the Spiritual Growth Foundation. The following is a great reference for what prayer might look like on different days that I developed from Cindy Jacobs, General's International prayer models.

I am not expecting you to pray every single day, but would ask that you pick a day or two that fits with your rhythm. Flexible, zero guilt. I would also ask that you send any pertinent words, dreams, visions you might receive. From time to time I would send updates and prayer request.
